8.33 SDR per kilo for loss or damage to goods carried.

The carrier will also be responsible for carriage charges, customs duties and other charges incurred in respect of the carriage of goods, which shall be repaid in full in respect of a total loss and in proportion to the loss sustained in the case of a partial loss (no other charges shall be payable).
